We want our members to always feel at home because we believe that feeling good within a gym contributes to motivation and the creation of a weekly or even daily routine that always includes working out. This is why we take care of our environments in every single detail, always considering hygiene, cleanliness, functionality and aesthetics!
OUTDOOR AREA
Our large outdoor area is perfect for personal training or with Personal Trainer and is also often used for group classes.
ROOM EQUIPED WITH TECHNOGYM MACHINES
A bright environment with an enhanced ventilation system that is always active. Here you can find all the equipment you need for your cardiovascular training, not only to maintain an optimal state of health but also to better prepare for your personal and competitive challenges.
To tone your muscles you have the full range of Technogym isotonic equipment, while free weights, barbells, cables and multifunctional power racks are available for the more demanding, allowing you to better organize your workout.
FUNCTIONAL ROOM
In our funcional room, your workout has no limits: with the help of large equipment such as Kinesis Technogym and smaller ones such as fitball, kettlebell, battle rope, trx and many others, you can move freely, naturally and effectively by freeing your imagination or letting yourself be guided by our Personal Trainer allowing you to optimize your workout time and mode whatever your goal is.
FITNESS CLASSES ROOM
A welcoming room equipped to meet the needs of the various courses offered. A screen allows courses to be conducted with participants both in the room and online.
Sauna
Enjoy our sauna for pleasure, to relax, to refresh your mind, to improve blood circulation, or even to expel toxins, speed up recovery after training, and improve performance.
relaxation room & herbal tea corner
In the relaxation room you can take advantage of the loungers, soft lighting and soft music to relax after your workout or after the sauna.
Inside this room, behind a saparé is also the Zerobody lounger.
In the herbal tea corner at your disposal, you always have the opportunity to regenerate yourself with hot or cold herbal tea, coffee and apples.
