The Personal Training service is the flagship of Club Move because we believe there is nothing more effective than a workout designed on the individual person, aimed at achieving a state of well-being and fitness.

With us you have the opportunity to do your Personal Training sessions in a truly exclusive environment, with the possibility of using the gym and sauna before and after each session!

OUR PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ON SITE IN LUGANO, BUT ALSO AT HOME!

Training to be effective must be based on a scientific method. The Personal Trainer knows the scientific rules of training and is able to adapt them to the person who relies on them.

+ SAFETY

Generic training that is not tailored can even lead to injury. To ensure that this does not happen, it is essential that the training considers the person's state of fitness and respects his or her biomechanical and postural characteristics.

The Personal Trainer, with its knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise science is able to create a complete picture of the person so that a training cycle can be planned that is not only efficient, but also safe.
