PILATES AL CLUBMOVE
The PILATES method is an exercise program that focuses on postural muscles-those muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential in providing support to the spine.
The Matwork version in particular is based on exercises that are performed free-body on a mat with the help of small equipment.
A Pilates class cannot lack the right concentration useful for completing the exercises with precision and control , without losing fluidity of movement and the correct breathing rhythm.
