Personal Training is Club Move’s flagship because we believe that there is nothing more effective than tailored training, aimed at achieving a state of well-being and fitness.
Generic training, not tailored, can even lead to injuries. To prevent this from happening, it is essential that training takes into account the person’s state of fitness and respects his biomechanical and postural characteristics. Thanks to his knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and exercise science, the Personal Trainer is able to create a complete picture of the person, in order to plan a training cycle that is not only efficient, but also safe.
The Personal Trainer teaches the person who relies on him the right technique, so that he learns to train correctly.
Lack of consistency is one of the main obstacles to achieve goals. Consistency is achieved through the acquisition of a mindset whereby training becomes part of daily life, regardless of what happens, which is not always predictable and often risks becoming an “excuse” for not training.
One of the Personal Trainer’s tasks is to transmit this mentality. Training becomes an experience to be lived together and that, however tiring, is still enjoyable.
